Queer Stadswandeling
About this event
A walk along a number of historical queer hotspots. Starting at the Pink House, right through the centuries, from the Middle Ages to the present. At ten locations you will hear a piece of queer history: serious and sometimes cheerful. There is room for a maximum of 15 people per group.
Jac Splinter himself wrote pink history by holding an alternative commemoration of the dead in 2019 with a rainbow flower wreath, eight hours before the official commemoration on May 4. He tells how it came to this during the tour. And after the tour you (and almost no one else) will know how there was suddenly a condom around the Quack monument.
Even when it rains, it continues. That's what umbrellas were invented for.
