What is Bisexuality?

Bisexuality means feeling emotionally and/or sexually attracted to both men and women. You identify as bisexual if this term best describes your erotic and relational experiences or desires. It’s about how you feel, regardless of whether you’ve had sexual contact with both men and women. How you navigate your sexual orientation is entirely personal.

Bisexuality encompasses a wide range of relationships and experiences, as seen among the members of BIJOU. We are a diverse group and warmly welcome new women who identify with this orientation and wish to share their stories, desires, and experiences within the group.

Who is BIJOU for?

BIJOU is for bisexual women aged 30 and up, whether single, with a male partner, or with a female partner. It’s for women who have known they are bisexual for years and for those who have only recently recognized this part of themselves. Women from across the country are welcome, though most members are from the Randstad area, with others from cities like Utrecht, Enschede, and Eindhoven.
